Choripaisa

Ingredients:
• 2 Choripaisa Colombian sausages
• 2 arepas (pre-made or homemade)
• 1 tbsp butter (for toasting the arepas)
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
Aji sauce or chimichurri (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Cook the Sausage: Heat a grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the Choripaisa sausages for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
2. Toast the Arepas: While the sausage cooks, heat butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Toast the arepas for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
3. Serve: Plate the sausages alongside the arepas. Squeeze fresh lime over the sausage for extra flavor.
4. Optional: Serve with aji sauce or chimichurri for dipping.
