Ingredients:
• 8 oz spaghetti
• 2 Mr. Tango Salchicha Parrillera sausages (sliced)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Fresh basil (for garnish)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
2. Cook the sausage: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced Mr. Tango Salchicha Parrillera and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Sauté the garlic & tomatoes: Add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften.
4. Combine: Toss the drained spaghetti into the pan, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. Stir well.
5. Finish & Serve: Remove from heat, mix in Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
