Instructions:
- Cut the potatoes into French fries and fry them in oil over medium-high heat, season with salt and paprika.
Cut the sausages (Chistorra Mr. Tango) into large pieces. - In a preheated skillet, add a bit of butter and oil.
- Add the sausages and sauté them.
- When they are browned, add 1 glass of soda and then 2 tablespoons of ketchup.
- Add salt and pepper.
- When they are slightly caramelized, add more soda, reduce the heat, and let them caramelize completely.
